Using technology for visually impaired users
Where possible we have tried to make this site easy for visually impaired users to use. You will find the list of hotkeys under the 'Hotkey Navigation' heading.
Hotkeys are supported by the following browsers:
- Internet Explorer 4+ (Windows) 5+ (Mac)
- Mozilla (Windows + Linux)
- Netscape 6+ (Windows)
- Opera 7 (Windows + Linux)

This website has been tested against W3C guidelines and all CSS and HTML used is valid. We have also validated the site against Bobby Priority 1 and Cynthia.

Below are the keyboard shortcuts to navigate this site:
For a PC:
Internet Explorer 5 +: Press and hold down the ALT key.
Then press the number or letter (see the access keys as listed above) and press Enter (or Return) key.
Internet Explorer 4:Press and hold down the ALT key.
Then press the number or letter (see the access keys as listed above).
Netscape 6 +:Press and hold down the ALT key.
Then press the number or letter (see the access keys as listed above).
For a Mac
Internet Explorer 5 +:Press and hold down the Control key.
Then press the appropriate number or letter (see the access keys as listed above) and press Enter (or Return) key.
Internet Explorer 4.5: Access keys aren't supported.
Netscape 6 +:Press and hold down the Control key
Then press the appropriate number or letter (see the access keys as listed above).
Netscape, earlier versions:Access keys aren't supported.

Text size changes & high contrast version
You can change the text size in two ways:
1). Click the following images
   
to increase text size and again to return to normal.
2). In Internet Explorer go to 'View', 'Text Size' and select an option. At excessive sizes some distortion of the site may occur.
