We are a twenty four place ASD resourced provision for children with a diagnosis of autism. The children follow a sensory enriched, individualised curriculum focusing on the development of flexible thinking, communication and social understanding.  Through community access, living language and practical activities the children develop their academic and social skills, whilst following a broad and balanced curriculum in line with the mainstream school.  Our classrooms are kept calm and highly structured with minimal stimuli, to promote positive attitudes and good behaviour.  Each classroom has quiet learning areas, specialised teaching staff and access to a sensory room.

Chinese New Year

We have been celebrating Chinese New Year making masks and dragon dancing.

 investigating how plants grow

We have had lots of fun finding out how plants grow and what they need to be strong and healthy. We planted outdoor tubs and a herb window garden and are taking photos and writing herb diaries to measure their growth.
